He is responsible for turning Kai's family and his leg to stone and is an old member of the Audit Bereau and used to know Akeboshi. His gemstone is Stibnite which is poisonous but he is able to mix multiple gemstones together. His goal is to use the power of the Red Diamond from Kai.
