Shishikado Houjou is one of the Five Grand Generals and the leader of the Houjou Bushi. He is one of the only two white sword wielders in Hinomoto, with the other one being Shiro Inukai. Unlike the other Generals, Shishikado can be portrayed as a really relaxed individual. He constantly falls asleep in the most awkward times. He also has a strong obsession with Kishin research. Like the rest of the Houjou Band, he utilizes the back Kitetsu sword, and due to the nature of the black sword, he prefers hunting Kishin with a selected few, rather than in large numbers.
